Trained at the Gym by Cassie Cole

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Katherine Delaney, Brody Forrester, Maxwell "Max" Baker, and Finlay "Finn" Hidjiev. When this book opens we find that after their parents died all Katherine and her brother had was each other. 5 years later Katherine has traded all her dreams to be someone else since their death. She was always and avid athlete until they died and a part of her died with them. So her brother wants part of her old self back and buys her a platinum member ship to the gym right by her store. She isn't sure she has the time to go but one afternoon she goes there instead of the sandwich shop and she is hooked. The thing is a couple of days later her dreams are shattered again when a big box store that can offer things she never can moves just up the street from her. So she decides rather than wallow this time she is going to the gym. Finn is her new personal trainer that comes with her membership and the first thought that comes to her is he is hot. The she meets Brody who in her age group is the one she seems to be competing against to get the most points. Finally is Max the man is hot in biking short and great to go with it. The thing Katherine worries about is, is she hiding from her problems with these men or is she finding an new coping mechanism? What happens when she finds out that there is more to these men than meets the eye? Will they get a HEA or will it all be for nothing?

This is another amazing hit by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about, and boy do I want to tell you more. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
