Review of 4th of July with Dad's Best Friend by Flora Ferrari

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Jenny and Alex. Jenny, Alex & Jenny's Dad Jeff are all supposed to spend the 4th of July at the beach house. At the last minute though Jeff can't make it because Jenny's grandmother his mom's pipes burst flooding her house. He agrees to come one day late and asks Jenny if she can entertain Alex. See Jenny without anyone knowing has had a crush on Alex fro as long as she can remember. She knows he doesn't see her that way but boy does she wish he did. Alex wasn't sure about coming especially when he learns his friend isn't coming and he needs to watch out for his daughter. In his mind she is still that 13 year old girl and he isn't sure he wants to deal with that. Alex is a workaholic and though he knows he needs this time away so far all he can think about is his business. So when he finds a knockout on the beach he decides it is time for a little distraction. What happens when they learn who the other is? Will it be a HEA or will it be the spark that killed it all?

This is another amazing hit by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
