In this book we meet Haven Wells and Latch McKay. Haven is a woman who has been very hurt by a previous relationship. One night she goes to out with her best friend / roommate to a party and sees a man that she feels and instant attraction to. This is unusual for Haven because since that awful relationship ended she has had no confidence or desire to try again. The man she is is none other than serial playboy Latch McKay.
The moment that Latch sees Haven he knows that there is something different about her. There was something that made him want to be with her like he never has with any other woman. He knows she doesn't trust him but is willing to try for her. The problem is though he wants to know more about her he isn't willing to share his secrets with her.
In this story we find the need to ask the question can two hurt people find true love and acceptance? You will have to read the book to find out. I will tell you when you think you have it all figured out you will find another twist to this book. There are so many parts of this book I would like to tell you about but as a reader I find it most enjoyable to find them out for myself. It is an amazing book I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
