Was he doing the right thing? The question kept presenting itself in Nash’s mind, but he continued to push it away. For once, he was going to do what he wanted, not what he thought he should do, what was proper. He thought too much, that was his problem. He needed to get out of his own damn way and do something that brought him pleasure and happiness.

A small voice, buried deep in the dark recesses of his mind, agreed. Typically, when he heard that whisper, he thought of Carlene, but there was no room for her here tonight. That admission was both jarring and freeing.

As Nash sat on the edge of the bed and watched Vivian standing before him, a coy smile on her face as she slowly peeled each layer of clothing off, starting with the heavy and incredibly soft pink sweater, followed by the painted-on blue jeans, leaving her in a pair of oddly innocent-looking snow-white panties and bra. All he could think was that it was time he listened to what everyone had been telling him, whether directly or indirectly, and moved on.

And no matter his reservations, he felt Vivian was the right person to move on with. He didn’t know how he knew that. Maybe it was all the pushing and hounding by Gretta that reinforced the idea. He just knew everything in that moment felt right. For the first time in years, he knew without a doubt, he was in the right place at the right time with the right person.

Well, maybe that wasn’t entirely true. He would much prefer the privacy of his own home in moments like this, without Ms. Gretta downstairs, potentially listening in to their coupling. But Nash could be quiet. Hell, he was damn good at quiet. But could Vivian be quiet too?

He was about to find out.

Vivian paused in her strip tease and frowned, dropping hands that had been prepared to release her breasts from their confines to approach him.

“Are you okay? If you’re changing your mind—”

Nash pushed to his feet and pressed a single finger to her lips, stopping the words in their tracks. “Shh. I’m not changing anything. I want this,” he said as he allowed his gaze to drop to the soft, rounded mounds gently heaving with each breath. “I want you.”

His finger left her lips to create a soft trail down her chin, tracing an invisible line down her chest and tracing the delicate flesh of each breast, teasing the thin line of decorative lace topping each cup. Her skin, a flawless pale peach, dotted with goose bumps under his touch, and her tiny nipple pebbled, raising the thin fabric.

Review of Baking with a Rockstar by Jasmin Miller

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book we meet Charlotte "Charlie" Peterson and Hudson Mitchell. Charlie is just looking for a fresh start. So after weeks of bugging and begging (as much as a grandma can) her grandmother's best friend gets her to come home to Brooksville with her. The only problem when they get there her kitchen is being remodeled and won't be ready for at least 3 more weeks. Charlie begrudgingly agrees to stay with her in one of her grandson's homes. With a new baby and a bakery she is trying to open she can use the help. Little did she know that grandson would come home. Hudson doesn't know who is in his house but when he comes home it smells amazing. The woman he finds in the kitchen captivates him like no other. The funniest thing to him though she has no clue who he is. Hudson is looking for a break from his rockstar life and he thinks he has just found it in his own home. Will these two find a HEA or will the secrets that they both have be the thing that breaks them forever?

This is an amazing story. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

In this book we meet Amelia Perkins and Carson Cash. Amelia is the good girl of the office. You know the one that works the hardest stays the latest works weekends but never gets the credit, Ya that Amelia. Amelia may be great as an employee her love life is a different story all together. She has never reach the big "O". So when she thinks she is getting snarky with her best friend she find that she has announced this problem to the entire office including the new CFO. Carson has a plan to work this job just like all his others. Come in take care of the overhead and get it read for what the owners want to do next. He thinks he has the first in line to start the ball rolling one look at Amelia though has him doing a double take. Can they both get what they want or will it all blow up in their faces before it is all said and done?

Sasha thinks that she is there to find items in a remote location. Little does she know that her boss has sent her there to die. The 7 men she meets she thinks are on her side but she keeps wondering why things keep happening to only her. Can she make it out of this alive and if she does will the men be there for her or will this just be another mistake she made by taking this trip?

All it takes is one look at Amanda and Vasily is willing to giver her anything and everything. The more he digs though he wonders if there is more to her story. Can these two find a HEA or will their secrets and lies make that impossible?

I will say this book will grab hold of you from the first word and not let go till the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book we meet Beverly "Bev" Viello and Fritz Fitzgerald. Bev busted but and graduated early from college with a degree and top honors in web design and business management. However because of this people think she is to young and won't give her a chance. That is why getting the assistant job at Golden Stars Media Empire has her excited. She knows this is a step in the right direction as long as she isn't working for the CEO. Rumors have it that no one has lasted more than 2 weeks with him. So when she finds she is not only working for the man himself she knows she has a lot to prove. Fitz isn't looking for a woman who has no brain working for him. That is why Bev is such an enigma to him. She is all business and he wants to do something to shake her up like she is doing to him. Can these two find that they are each other's HEA or will they end up driving each other nuts?

In this book we meet Natalie Jones and Daniel Farthing. Daniel never planned on being a dad he was a typical workaholic. But when his twin sister got sick he knew he couldn't let his nephew end up in the system. When Wyatt's preschool recommended a nanny that could help take the pressure off him for the summer at least then he could look into something more permanent. However one look at Natalie and he knew he was in for trouble. Natalie has never been one of those girls who parties all the time or really at all. So when she gets her first look at Daniel she knows her job just got a whole lot harder. Can these two find the HEA they didn't know they were looking for or will it all blow up in both of their faces?

This is a 5 book series that will have you falling in love with the characters in these books. Each of the devil's lair members has gone through things that will have you wishing you could fix it all for them. There are so many ups and downs in this series that I want to tell you all about. However I don't want to ruin it for other readers. So what I will say is this is a must own series. You will not be sorry and you will find yourself reading it again and again. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This book is not a stand alone, it is part of a duet, please make sure you read Finding Home first. In this book all the characters are back and ready for more mischief. No matter how much Vivian affected him he is determined to keep his distance. Vivian doesn't know what she can do to make things right with Noah. She has apologized multiple time and she is done. If he won't listen and forgive her then he is on his own. The one person that is their go between is Ms Gretta. This woman is up to her meddling tricks again with these two. In this book we learn more about Noah's past. Can these two work it out or will they end up destroyed before it is all said and done?

In this book we meet Caitlin "Cait" Hughes, Landon Asher, Jace and Grayson. Cait has a stalker that seems to be getting more and more aggressive so the guys are called in to be security for her. The thing is one look at Cait and all of them want her. Each of them knows that she is to be hands off but they just can't seem to keep that in mind. Cait has always looked for someone to protect and love her. In her business though that is a rare thing. Can these 4 find a HEA or will it all just be a Hollywood ending?

In this book we meet Eden Ricks and Case Hammett. Eden has student loans to pay so when she if offered a job to clean a house that no one will go near she has not choice. There is also the need to help her sick mother.  However upon meeting Case she knows there is more to the story than what she has heard in the rumors from town. There is one thing though just the sight of him makes her heart beat faster. Case is back in a town that he never wanted to be but as the oldest living relative it all falls on him. There are things that he wants some of them are to make the town look at him different some are to make her look at him differently. Can these two get what they want or is there someone out there that will make sure that will never happen?

In this book we meet Anna and Cole Carter. Anna has come back home to California from New York after finishing her degree and not being able to get a job. Though she is out with her resume daily she just can't seem to break through in her finance field yet in California either. So one day after coming home from another interview where she knows it is 3 spots and what looks like 912 showing up to try for it. She get blocked from her driveway and a little boy tries to run her over on his bike. It is the last straw for her. She chases him down and speaks to him with authority not yelling though. That is is proud of but one look at the boy and all she wants to do is huge him. Cole has been taking care of his nephew since his brother and his wife were KIA in Afghanistan. Cole has always been a loner and isn't sure at times what to do with Benjamin. Seeing Anna his best friends daughter discipline him though makes his heart want things it shouldn't. Can these two get all that they want or will her dad and her interviews make that impossible?

In this book we meet Jules, Rocco, and Harley. What do you do when you find that you are not just in love with your husband but his best friend too? Jules and Rocco have been trying for a couple of years now to have a baby. However the more they try and fail the more there seems to be this distance growing between them. Both of them blame themselves for the lack of a baby and instead of talking to one another Rocco throws himself into work and Jules leans on Harley. There is something else at play as well. Rocco has this fantasy about seeing his best friend and wife being intimate together. Harley knows feeling something other than friendship for his best friends girl is just wrong but he can't stop it. It only gets worse when he moves in with them. In this book we meet Audrey and Tamás Buda. Audrey has some to Budapest for a summer internship. Not one she was looking to have but one her dad set up for her. Though this is not what she wanted to do for the summer she knows it is a great opportunity and treats it that way. That is until she gets a good look at the man who use to torture her. Tamás can not believe how much Audrey has changed. All he can seem to think about now is being with the woman who is slowly becoming an obsession. Can these two have a HEA though or will his daughter and her father be obstacles they just can't overcome?

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book the gang is back. We are able to see where everyone is. Who is till together who isn't. Do they have kids are they still playing it footloose and fancy free. It is great to see all the old gang back. However this book isn't all sunshine and roses. This book the gang has to go through some stuff that will affect everyone in an different way. Will they all come out in the end? The real question is will they all be the same or will some be changed forever?

First off let me say wow. This is another amazing hit in this series by this author. This book will take you on an emotional journey you never though you would go on with these characters. There is so much I want to tell you about this book. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will however say this book will have you cheering to read about all the characters you know and wanting to hug others. I will tell you, that this book will have you locking your doors, sending the kids to grandma's, ordering dinner in and not getting a single chore done in the house till you read those two words "The End". I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

In this book we meet Nina Neal and Nikolai Novikov. Nina has gone through a lot in the last year. She first found her mom in bed with her dad's boss. Her mom then took almost all their money including Nina's college fund that her dad has saved for for the last 18 years. So he then had to take a job in Russia just to make ends meet. Luckily the job comes with language tutor's. On look at Nikolai language is not the only thing she wants him to teach her. Nikolai has been telling his mother for years now when he meets the one he will know. His mother is like many others and is trying to guilt him into giving her grandchildren. So when on his way back to his language business he sees a woman in the road he thinks he will help her. One look is all it takes for Nikolai to know he has found his forever.
