Review of Tru Blue by Melissa Foster

I received this book as an ARC for a voluntary and honest review

In this book we meet Truman "Tru" Gritt and Gemma Wright. Truman is a man with a sorted past all he wants is a chance at a new life. When this book opens we find that Tru is seeing his chance for a new life going down the drain. Only in the way that he thought his life would be though. Tru gets a call from his brother Quincy to which he finds out not only is his mother dead but he has a baby brother and little sister that he knew nothing about. Tru vows from this point on they will have a better life then he and Quincy ever had. His new problem though he knows nothing about how to take care of children. Can an encounter with a woman he has never met before change not only his life for the better but the life of his siblings as well?

Gemma may have been born with money but the one thing she has craved the most she can never have. Not only is she craving love that is freely given to her but she wants the love of a child. She however will never have that luxury because Gemma can't have children of her own. So when shopping for ice cream one night she hears the cry of a child and is drawn to it. What she sees makes her want to do even more. The thing is she knows there is something Tru is hiding will it be the one thing she can not live with or will it draw her even more to him?

This is a great story that will have you from the first page to the very end. There are many twists and turns in this story that will have you holding on to see what happens next. I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
