Review of Captive Bride: A Mafia Romance by Frankie Love and Alice May Ball

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we get the story of Kiera McCarthy and John O'Malley. In this book we find that an arranged marriage has been set up between the fathers. The thing is John wasn't sure he even wanted to get married but one look at Kiera and his blood is pumping. When she arrives she arrives in time for their wedding. There is no meeting the bride before the wedding. Will she be all that he wants? Kiera knows there is a lot that isn't talked about in the business dealings of the O'Malley family but she is hoping with this wedding merger it will help both families in some way. When she understands that John is looking more for a wife to take care of his home and nothing else. She realizes she will have to show her husband all she can do. Can these two find a HEA or will the roles they are put in make sure there is a permeant wedge between them?

Another amazing short story but these authors. These characters really draw you in because you think you know how they will be and they flip the script on you. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
