I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Lindy Hawthorne & Kirian Cromwell. Well granny is at it again. She has stolen another artifact from one of her grandchildren and given it to their soulmate without them knowing. This time she gets Lindy go not only hack her son's new security system but also to break into his house and steal a necklace. See Lindy is a part time hacker and was a web designer until somethings got a little rough where she used to live. When Hellen AKA granny not only comes to her home but also offers her a lot of money to take this job she figures what can it hurt. That is till she see Kirian in his home in his boxer briefs and thinks oh wow. She doesn't trust men though so oh well. Kirian can't believe someone broke into his home. When he sees his top drawer open he thinks that someone just saw his gag underwear from his family. That is until he remembers the cursed necklace that he keeps in his safe. There is only one person he can think of that took the item from his safe and locked it up tight again, his grandmother. When he calls her not only is she up in the early morning she is completely unashamed. She tells him to meet the person who has the item and to discuss his security system which she just had proven failed luckily before it went on the market. Can these two find a HEA or will their hang-ups keep them apart forever?
Another amazing story by this author. Each story can be read as a stand alone, but I recommend reading them in order. This story though not only is there humor and romance, there is a vulnerability that just has you connecting with these characters on many levels. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
