I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Jolene McCallister & Sawyer Williams. Jolene is a woman with goals and she is determined to get those goals. She just has to get through the few hiccups in her way. See Jolene is a medical examiner in a local town. She has dreams of being the state medical examiner though. The only thing she can't believe is running into Sawyer Williams in the coffee shop. Sawyer can't believe how much Jolene has changed but at this point haven't they all. Sawyer has a condition called hemophilia. With this he has to be more careful and no one can predict when something small will become meager. Sawyer has had enough though of playing CEO without the title so he lays it all out for his father. Who then shocks him and tells him he has 3 months to get married and he will become the CEO of the family company if not he will sell it off. The only woman Sawyer can think that just might fit the bill is the same woman he tormented in high school. Can these two find a HEA or will their past become their present because they won't let down their walls?
Another amazing story by this author. These characters will have you hooked from the first page to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
