I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Jennifer and Droz. Jennifer has worked for Droz for a year now as an administrative assistant. When this book opens we find that she is on her way to break up with her boyfriend, only to find him cheating on her. It makes it so much easier to tell him off. After that she is off to the airport to pick up their latest potential client. Everything seems to be going good till they get back to the office and find a man running from Droz's office and the desk in pieces. When he finally calms down he tells Jennifer the man who left is an INS agent and he needs to get married immediately or he will be deported. Though she has secretly longed to be the woman Droz wants she doesn't truly believe he wants her for her. Droz is talking to his friend and board member while waiting for Jennifer to return. He tells him that the quantum computer calculator has predicted his jalshagar. Though he longs for fated mate if he had his choice it would be his assistant Jennifer. When INS comes in and tells him they know he is an alien he is on high alert. When he realizes there is a problem with his paperwork between his move from Candia and the United States he knows he has a real problem. When he realizes a marriage will solve all his problems he asks the first woman who comes through his door. His new client is not impressed neither is Jennifer. Can these two find a HEA or will misunderstandings between them make that impossible?
Another hit out of the park by this author. These characters really draw you in and have you wondering are we really all that different then aliens out there? I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
