Review of Grumpy Single Dad by Melinda Minx

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Wendy Wattley and Roan Wolfe. When this book opens we find that Roan has come into the deli that Wendy works for her brother at. When he gets there he is a jerk and Wendy won't take it from him. So while her brother tries to calm things down she makes his sandwich really quickly. When he leaves he leaves her his card and a job offer. Wendy doesn't want to work for this man but she knows having his name on her resume will really open doors for her. She decides her principals are worth more though and throws the card away. When he comes back with his son she has a chance of heart and negotiates a deal she can live with to work with him. Roan knows he is a man that everyone wants so when this pushy woman talks back to him he takes notice. The thing is he isn't sure what he wants more her working for him or to spend the night with him. After returning to the office and his most recent assistant he knows now which he wants more. He makes a deal with her that both of them can live with. What happens though when they start developing feelings? Will it be a HEA or will they kill one another first?

Amazing story by this author. The characters will draw you in from the first word and not let go. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
