Review of Maybe We Should by Melissa Foster

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we get Cait Weatherby and Brant Remington's story. Cait is a woman who has seen more hurts than one woman should. She finds it hard to trust most of the time because of this. So when Brant really starts showing interest in her her immediate thought is to protect herself. When he comes to the cape to get a tattoo she realizes she has the best test in the world Tank Wicked. That man is a human lie detector and he will help her determine if Brant is a good guy like he seems to be or if he will be the next in line to hurt her. It doesn't hurt her option of her either when he not only saves her from drowning but the little dog she tried to rescue as well from the water. Brant knows he has to go slow with Cait or possible lose her forever. There is just to much of a connection for him to do that. But one step forward and two steps back have him hoping but worrying that she will never really see him. Can these two find a HEA or will Cait's ghosts from the past ruin any future happiness?

Another knock out story by this author. There is so much to tell but I don't want to ruin the story for any others. I will say these characters will grab you on page one and not let go of you even when the story is over. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
