Review of Small Town Mountain by K.C. Crowne

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Rebecca Holland & Ezra Carpenter. From the moment these two were little they have been competing. On the day of high school graduation. Rebecca had been going through some health scares with her family and it threw her off on her finals so when it came to valedictorian and the scholarship she really wanted she lost out on both. She blamed Ezra for it all even though she knew he wasn't totally to blame. Plus she kind of had a crush on him that she new she couldn't act on. Years later they are competing again to work a plot of land in Liberty that could lead to many more contracts for one of the companies. Ezra has had a crush on Rebecca for as long as he can remember. He however isn't going to act on it because he is determined to win the bet and his friends car. When he see Rebecca again though all those old feelings resurface including the competitive ones. What happens when they learn that one night will tie them together forever? Will it be a HEA or will it be the one thing that will drive a wedge permanently between them?

Another amazing story by this author. This couple will send you on an emotional rollercoaster you won't want to get off of. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
