I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Elodie Thompson & Taylen Cromwell. When this book open we find Elodie practically watching the clock since she is at the alter supposed to marry a man she doesn't want or love. The reason she is watching the clock is because her best friend Taylen is supposed to get her out of this wedding. The closer it gets to the "I Do's" the more nervous she gets. Little did she know she was jumping from the frying pan to the fire. Taylen is one of those Cromwell's you know the ones with the cursed artifact that their grandmother seems to keep sending to the women they are supposed to be with. Ya Taylen doesn't want any part of that. Saving his best friend though ya he is all over that. The problem he has though is even with her in that hideous dress he wants her. Can these two find a HEA or will there always be something that will hold them back?
Another amazing hit by this author. Wowza what a story. Sprinkle to over-protective parents, with a hot best friend, and 2 scheming grandma's what do you get? Why an adventure you never saw coming. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
