I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Maisie Hyatt & Matteo Dante. Maisie is back in her small town working as a coordinator for a day care. This Christmas she is even more bummed because the reason she is back in town is something she has been keeping from her ranger brother and his best friend Matteo. See Maisie was in a car accident and when she got out of it she wasn't sure she would be able to have children. Her husband left her for this very reason and she is both sad and happy about losing her marriage. Matteo has had a crush on Maisie since he was in his teens. His best friend and her brother has teased him relentlessly. When he learns she is single this year he decides to go for it. Little did he know when he returns to the base he is leaving a little something behind. Will these two get a HEA or will geography and past issues be to much to overcome?
Amazing story. Really amazing journey this author shows us with Maisie's fertility issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
