I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Kate Jefferson / Eve Carruthers & Duncan. Duncan is a retired Navy Seal who now works as a wilderness guide at Silver Springs Ranch. He likes the fact that he spends his days in the wide open and has a purpose since leaving the Navy. Kate/Eve is on the run her ex and his brother tried to rob her bank and it was her who sent them to prison. For some reason Trevor was let out on good behavior. With him out he is determined to not only make her pay for him and his brother being sent to jail but also because his brother was killed there. This starts her run from the only place she had known hoping to find somewhere safe again. When these two meet it isn't exactly love at first site but since they are both on the ranch working who knows what will happen?
Another amazing hit out of the park by this author. The ups and downs these two go through will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
