Review of Maid for the Alien Primal by Athena Storm

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Nyla and Izzk. Nyla is a scrounger, which in our terms is a thief. She does this for a reason though since the Drokan have started damming up the water the humans have had to find more creative ways to not only find ways to make money but use it for food and water. Nyla thinks another alien she has partnered in the past with might just have a big score to give her some breathing room if only she can get the job to get close to the item. Izzk is bored with his life all of the sudden. In his younger years he was wild and needed to be reigned in. One day a librarian did that for him. For years the books have brought him comfort but for some reason they just aren't anymore. When two young boys reminding him of himself so many years ago come into the library she decides it is his turn to intervene in someones life. When he sees Nyla though things take a much different turn. Can these two find a HEA or will the secrets that she keeps make that impossible?

Another amazing story by this author. So many ups and downs with these characters I want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for other readers. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
