I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book we meet Penny & Waylon. Penny just wants to be free but her ex has other plans for that and the way he treated her in the past has her very nervous. When Waylon comes to her rescue she again wonders if there could be a way for them to be together. Waylon knows he is way too old for Penny. Plus he has been friends with her father for years now. There is something about her that just keeps pulling him back to her. Can they find a HEA or will the ex who doesn't want to be an ex make that impossible?

Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book we meet Grace Vanderbilt & Brady Blackrock. When looking to get her degree in animal veterinary Grace interned with Brady. By doing this it helped to get her a leg up in college. Now that she has graduated and is back in her home town to not only start a practice but to get the man of her dreams. Brady can't believe how grown up and gorgeous Grace is. He knows though their age would definitely be a problem in their small town so she must be hands off. The thing is Grace has other plans. Can these two find a HEA or will it all just be too much for them?

The thing is the meger savings she has doesn't allow for much and she needs the job she is applying for. From the moment Dillon lays eyes on Delia he can't believe how beautiful she is. The more he speaks with her the more he wants to ask her out. When Curtis comes into the office he waits to see how the two interact. Can they all find a HEA or will the attraction take away from the job they all love?
