Review of Hear of the Hunter by Chance Carter

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

Int his book we get Kelly's story who we met in Most Eligible Baby Daddy and we meet Hunter. Kelly is looking for the kind of love that she saw her friend Elle get with Forrester. She knows in this small town her options are limited but after all she has gone through she can't think of being anywhere else. Also there is not only herself to think of if she decide to pull up stakes she has to think of her kid brother that she has custody of as well. Kelly thinks that the only thing for her will be to raise her brother keep her head down and work until she dies, then she meets the new guy in town. The instant Hunter walks into the diner Kelly feels the energy change around her. She knows there is something to this guy but thinks that he might be bad news and isn't sure if that is a good thing or a bad things for her. No matter what thought Kelly knows there is more to Hunter than meets the eye she just can't decide if she will be a chicken or go after what she really wants which is him.

Hunter feels the pull the instant he looks at the little beauty in the cafe but he isn't there to make new friends. He is in town to make some money before moving on to some place new. He knows he is no good for anyone especially not Kelly but there is something about her that keeps drawing him in and he can't break out of her hold. He isn't sure he ever wants to. He knows for her safety she should run from him as far and as fast as she can the problem he is having is he doesn't want to let her go. What will Hunter do when his past and his present collide? What else but fight for what's his but can he fight his past and still keep Kelly safe?

This is another amazing hit from this author. It really shows us how what we see isn't always what we get. Also it is true of how you can't judge a book by it's cover. Hunter is the bad guy in his own mind in Kelly's he is the good guy. The thing is they are both right in a way, but sometimes you have to be both to get the job done. There are so many things in this book I want to tell you about but as a reader I like experiencing them for myself so I won't put out any spoilers. I will say that this is an amazing book that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
