Review of Into the Light by Tami Lund

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. When I first received this book I really had know knowledge about it but agreed to be a reviewer for it. After the first few words I was hooked and was unable to put the book down.

In this book we meet Tanner. Tanner is a shifter who has left his pack and does not see any logical reason to return. His main reason for leaving his pack is he is the sole aire to his father's pack but does not believe in the practices that his father has instilled into the pack. Quentin Lyons has told his pack for years that there are beings in the world that if killed will give them all of their magic and Quentin wants this magic. While in Vegas searching for these beings called the lightbearer's he finds one. He however believes that her magic will be wasted on him so he wants his son Tanner to do this so that he may become the new leader of the pack and in his option the strongest pack master in the world. However at first Tanner doesn't believe these beings are real then he knows without a doubt he can not kill this woman.

The other major player in this tug of war is the lightbearer Olivia. At first she does not trust Tanner due to the fact that the pack she is brought into is his father's pack. Then she isn't sure if she should trust him because he is a shifter. Both sides have heard things about the other that they must determine if they are true and if they can trust the other. The reason for this is as their group grows trust is essential to their survival.

This book is amazing it has quite a bit of build up before you get to any really hot scenes in this book. It also had quite a bit of intrigue and danger that will keep you hook from the first word to the last. I would recommend this book it is a great read that will have you rooting for the good guys till the very end. It should be on everyone's must read list.
