Review for Falling Away by Penelope Douglas
I will start this off by saying I am a huge fan of this series and this author. She is amazing if you have not started this series please do so immediately. Now that being said this book can be read as a stand alone but should be read in order due to the fact that it will give away secrets from the other books.
In this book we catch up with KC & Jax. KC has caught her high school boyfriend cheating on her again. Liam was caught in on of the earlier books which in turn broke them up for a bit. KC took him back thinking he might have changed but there are other reason she took him back (not telling you have to read the book). Jax has always known KC is the one girl that is off limits to him but that doesn't stop him from wanting her. Jax now owns that house next door to Tate's (is in all the books) and has taken up where his brother left off with the wild parties and cars all around. KC is now living in Tate's house and now has to experience what Tate went through with Jared (again explained in an earlier book).
This book is amazing full of ups and downs. It is also about finding and accepting the real you and not just going with the person that everyone expects you to be. This story will have you laughing it will have you crying and it will make you want to punch the characters at times. However that being said this is why you should get this book immediately this author makes you feel like you are one or more of her characters and those you aren't you feel like they are your friends or family. This book needs to be on everyone's must read list.
