Review of Criminal by Alex Abbott

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

In this book we meet Kaiden and Abigail. Years before their parents married and they had a happy family for a number of years then one day Kaiden just went away. When Kaiden when to jail so for something that Abigail is never sure of the money to bail him out came from her college money. When their parent die suddenly one night the kids are left with all of their debts and Abigail out of luck for any chance of going to college. She begrudgingly moves in with Kaiden when it is either try and live with him or be homeless.

Kaiden is of a split mind there is a part of him that wants to protect Abigail and the other part just wants her away from him. Kaiden knows that Abigail was always destined for better things then he was and he is determined to help her get those things.

There are many twists and turns to this book and you aren't sure who the are the good guys are and who the bad ones are till the very end. This book will have you hooked from the first word till the very end. I would highly recommend it.
