Review of Jesse by Jo Raven

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This book is a stand alone but you really need to read the others written by this author to understand some of the references they make in this book..

There with that being said wow this book is amazing. In the beginning we meet Amber and Jessie. Amber has just moved back to the town she grew up in to face some old demons. See Amber was bullied so bad in school that her parents thought the safest route was to move her away. Now she is back but she is not whole, she has panic attacks but is determined to not let the bullies win. She wants her life back and determined to get it one way or another.

Jesse is like Amber in a way he is fighting some of his own demons and isn't sure how to win over them. Jesse refuses to talk about his demons though because his are still alive and out there. These demons are more than willing to hurt Jesse again to keep their secrets.

When Jesse and Amber meet they feel something strong for one another but don't want to act on it both of them for their own reasons (you will have to read it to find out what they are). However when they are apart those feelings don't just go away they seem to be getting stronger. The more time they spend together the more they want to.

This book is about love, forgiveness, and fighting for a chance a true happiness. This book is amazing there are so many twists and turns I want to tell you about but as a reader I want you to experience them for yourself. This is an absolute must read you will start it and not be able to put it down.
