Review of Bear with Benefits by Truli Thorne

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This book can be read as a stand alone but I would advise you read the first book so some of the references make sense.

In this book we get the story of Rex and Step. Rex knows he has found his fated mate in Step but his work keeps him to busy to pursue her. Rex knows that he has to find a cure for Illness X before it effects all of the shifter clans. In this book Rex learns that it is not only affecting the bear shifters but also the wolves. He knows if it can jump between these tow shifters it can jump to many more. Rex believes that all he needs is a bit more time and then he and Step can really be together. The question he has to ask himself is will he get the time to show her who she is to him or will things he has already done drive her away?

Steph is sick of looking for Mr. Right so she has decided to go for Mr. Tonight. She is ready for a friends with benefits arrangement. That way she figures she can guard her heart and still get the satisfaction that she craves. However when Mr. to Hot to handle doctor offers to be this for her she isn't sure this will work. Steph knows that at this moment she thinks Rex is a jerk because of the way he looks at the difference between doctors and nurses. However if he changes his mind boy is she in trouble. Steph isn't sure she can follow her own rules about how to keep a friends with benefits relationship. Can she learn to separate her heart from her body or will she find that she is destined for heartbreak once again?

This book has love, intrigue and a lot of twists and turns before it is finished. There is so much I want to tell everyone about but I don't ruin this book for any of the readers. This book will have you n the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
