Review of Marauder Cygnus: Mating Wars Book 1 by Aya Morningstar

In this book we meet Cygnus and Aura. Aura is a space scavenger, which means she is not quite but almost a space pirate. She has learned over the years that to get anything you need you have to barter and the only way to do that is to collect things out in space. One day however she sees a sphere out in space and knows she can get some real money for it if only she can keep the real space pirates from capturing and possibly killing her first. When she gets it she knows she can't out run them but she tries. When all hope is lost in regards to running she tells the sphere she would really like to know what she is dying for and out comes Cygnus. She begins to wonder can this alien help her or will he get her killed in the end.

Cygnus wasn't sure if his brother was right or not but he wasn't willing to let him get killed to prove his theory. He believed that the humans could be the way to finally find a way to stop wondering the galaxy and find a true home. Even though he is not sure about this theory after killing one of their own to ensure his brother's safety he knows leaving the ship is his only hope. When he is taken aboard Aura's ship his hibernation begins to abade. What he finds is not anything like he thought. Could his brother be right could the humans that they find truly be their one true mates and if so can he convince Aura that she is meant to be his?

This book has many twists and turns like an action flick. Just when you see them get out of one situation we find them getting into another. I want to tell you all that happens but I don't want to ruin any of the surprises for anyone. I will say this is an amazing book that will have you on the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
