Review of Touchdown by Roxy Sinclaire

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

In this book we meet Alexa and Martian. In this book we find that Alexa is the preverbale rich girl and Martian he comes from more humble upbringings. They have not gotten along since they meet freshman year. They are now both seniors and getting ready to take the next step in their lives. But what happens when life throws a curve-ball in the way?

Alexa is sure Martian hates her and she knows that he has all rights to but she can't ever seem to forget about him. Every-time she sees him on the field she can't help but look. She knows after the way she treated him there is no way he could be into her and she knows her family would never approve. That is just part of the reason she has pushed him away for all these years. But she always wonders would he ever really be into her could she get a chance at true love?

Martian knows he isn't like Alexa he works in the off-season so he can send money to his mother to help with bills. He is at Princeton on a college football scholarship. He just thinks if he could get one chance with her there could really be something. He wonders though if because they come from such different worlds if there would ever really be a chance for them. Could he find true love with her or would she just be someone he met in college?

This is a great book that really shows us that sometimes money isn't the reason to keep yourself apart from everyone. Also that we all have problems sometimes you just don't see them. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone. I think that you will see things in this book you never expected.
