I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Rea James and Kayden Deroy. When this book opens Rea is all excited about the meeting for possibility of the big promotion she is thinking she getting. The one thing she forgot about it though before her meeting was a dental appointment. So when she gets back her face is swollen and she sees none other than her ex Kayden sitting in the room. She can't figure out why he is there and her only thought is he is there to punish her for leaving him. Kayden hasn't been able to get his life back together since Rea dumped him in college for no real reason. His father told him he needs to quit serial dating and embarrassing his family name. So Kayden need to go back and get his closer from Rea. So he hires a PI to find out where she lives and works. He finds that she is single as well and he wonders will they have a second chance. Can they find a HEA or will the secrets that are kept divide them forever?
Another amazing story by this author. These characters will draw you in from the first word and not let go till the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
