I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Evelyn Partridge and Mark Love. Evelyn has dreams of being a doctor. See her father is a g. p. but doesn't want that for his daughter. See he has had a run of bad luck lately and part of it was with an health insurance company. So now he has no insurance. Evelyn sees him that morning when she is headed out for an interview and worries something very serious is wrong with him. She goes out anyway only to find out he was rushed to the hospital. She doesn't know what to do until the one man she has had a crush on for years comes into the room. Mark is a brilliant cardiologist but now a days he just pushes papers. He does more administrative then actual surgery's. When he is ordered to take a vacation he really doesn't want to because he has no one to go with him. That all changes when a college needs his help for emergency surgery on a fellow doctor. When he learns who it is he wonders if this is a good idea. Only to be told he needs to talk to his daughter first. With one look he knows he has found the woman of his dreams. Can these two find a HEA or is there someone who will do anything to keep them apart?
Super amazing book. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
