I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Summer and Kai. Summer and her best friend/roommate had won a trip for 2 to Maui for 5 days and these women were going to take full advantage of it. See Summer has been in a slump lately and well she is just looking for a pick me up. One look into Kai's eyes from across the bar and that was all it takes. Kai can't believe he finally let his best friend talk him into go out with him to pick up women. Well they go to this resort and look to see if they can find any fun that night. When his best friend goes to a table with 2 beautiful women Kai is momentary struck dumb. He can't believe this instant connection feeling he gets when he looks at Summer. Will these two find a HEA or will this just be a vacation fling for them both?
Amazing short story. These characters will draw you in from the first word and not let go till the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
