Review of Chief Dragon: Dragon Fire Crew Book 1 by Scarlett Grove

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Daphne Young and Erik Sorensen. When this book open we find Erik the fire chief of fate mountain's fire department finding the crew decorating for Christmas. Erik has no time or desire for this holiday. In his younger days he had celebrated something close to Christmas and nearly died because of it. Since then he had avoided his clan and had ventured into the world alone. The one reason he had been out that night was in hopes of finding a mate now over 200 years later it looks like fate has finally smiled on him and given him a mate. What he didn't expect was a baby as well. Daphne knew the moment things got bad at her home they were only going to get worse. When her the phone her brother left keeps going off with messages from the mob about wanting their money she knows it is time to get out of dodge. With very few clothes and her brothers truck she goes as far as it will take her and walks away when the truck bursts into flames. With very little money and needing to get some quick she looks at the local adds for a job. When she finds a nanny position she knows this will work. When she learns the father of the nanny position is the man she learned is her mat the night before she wonders if this is all to much. Can these to find a HEA or will the people she is running from make sure that never happens?

So So Amazing. These characters draw you in from page one and won't let go till the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
