Review of Billionaire Unexpected: Jax by J.S. Scott

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we get Harlow Lewis and Jaxton Montgomery's story. In this book we see what happened while both Harlow and Taylor were in captivity. We also see how Harlow is handling life after being home. We find that not only is she suffering with large bouts of survivor's guilt she also has had person problems with getting around. Harlow believes she has a solution though, let her come to work for Last Hope. The problem with that is Marshall doesn't believe that she is either physically or mentally ready to take on this big of a task. He knows she needs something but pushing her to far to fast will only make it worse for her. Jax once asked Harlow out but that is not the only reason he is looking to be her mentor. When she got back he knew she was in a bad way but didn't realize how long she had still been holding things in. So they make a deal if he can go without being in the press for a length of time determined by her she will let him be her mentor. The more time they spend together the more Harlow learns about Jax, and is beginning to realize their is more to the man then what he shows the world. Can these two find a HEA or will they be great friends who helped each other out?

This is another amazing story by this author. I like how this author isn't afraid to write about the hard hitting things in this life. In this book we have a woman who was kidnaped in another country. Isn't sure what happened to the 2 people she went there with and she was the only one returned. Their are so many emotions you will find in a J.S book and this one is no different. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
