In this book we meet Alexandra Hartford & Eli Evans. Can two people who have fraught all their lives find a HEA? In this book we are sure going to find out. Eli has a brain tumor that he needs removed however with his job he doesn't have the insurance he needs to get it done. Alex has a plan with the vet firm she is a doctor at that would be perfect he just has to convince her to help him out. Alex can't believe he would come back after all this time and ask something of her. All she wants to do is hurt him like he hurt her. When she needs him though she wonders will his trade be worth trusting her biggest bully?
Another amazing book by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
