Review of Escaping Reality by Lisa Renee Jones

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This book is not a stand alone but part of a series.

In this book we meet Amy Reynolds who becomes Amy Benson at the beginning of the book and Liam Stone. Amy is on the run from something or someone you are not completely sure in this book. All we know is in the beginning she is given a letter that tells her to run and not to talk to anyone from this life. During this time she gets really bad headaches and every-time she has one she has flashbacks about her life before she had to go on the run. When Amy and Liam first meet it is at the airport where she is getting ready to board the plane for her new life. When there eyes meet it is pure electricity between they you could almost reach out and touch it as a bi-standard. Amy doesn't know who to trust yet but there is a part of her that wants to trust Liam because there is something about him that calms her.

Liam is a man of mystery but when he first lays eyes on Amy he knows he wants this woman. While on the flight to Denver he hears Amy cry out from one of her flashbacks / nightmares and he knows he will do anything to protect this woman. There are things happening in Amy's life that Liam doesn't trust and will do anything in his power to ensure that this woman is safe and taken care of.

Can two people holding secrets make it work? I started this book and was hooked from the first word to the very end I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. This is an absolute must read.
