I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This book is not a stand alone this is part of a series.
In this book we meet Monica and Henry. Monica is a natural submissive and was once in a D/S relationship that went terribly wrong. Monica has tried to move on with her life but keeps herself sequestered in her Chateau in the mountains where she conducts business. On one of her full group get together's she meets a man named Henry. Now Henry makes her feel things that she hasn't in years and she is not sure if she is ready for him or not.
Henry came to the Chateau with his friend Sam to meet his girlfriend and enjoy a good dinner. Little did he know when he actually met the madam of the place she would have him feeling things he hasn't in years. However the more he learns about Monica and her past the more he wants to take things slow so this can last between them.
This is a short first part to the story but it is packed with emotion. This book will have you hooked from the first word and will have you anxious for the next part. This is an amazing read even if you are only on part one.
