Review of Alien and the Wedding Planner by Lizzie Lynn Lee

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Alana Watson and Ice Silverkiller. Ice has come from the planet Crimea with others from his planet to learn how earth has been able to populate it's planet so abundantly. Crimea is a planet that if they can not figure a way to repopulate the planet will die out. So as a scientist Ice has volunteered to lead this mission and hopefully bring a way back to save his planet. Little did he know when he finally finds someone on earth to talk to he has to kidnap them to get the answers he needs. What happens though when Ice starts to wonder if he is actually the one that will get in the way? Can he and Alana find a way to save his planet or will they be it's demise?

Alana is working a typical day in the bridal store. As a wedding planner she both loves and hates her job. So when two men come in looking like they have come from money she thinks she has found just the couple to brighten her day. Little did she know not only are they not a gay couple they aren't even human. So when they tell her they have to get back to their space ship, she thinks they are playing with her. What will she do when she finds out she has been kidnapped and is being taken to an alien planet for real? Will this be the end of her life or the start of something new?

This is a great story that shows us you should never take things at face value. Digging deeper can lead you to the greatest results. There are some twists and turns in this book that I really want to tell you all about. As a reader myself I hate spoilers so I will never do that to another reader. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
