Review of Bear Actually by Truli Thorne

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

In this book we get Cleo's story as well as we are introduced to Peter. When this book opens we have Cleo and Peter doing there typical flirt/banter back and forth. Cleo reminds Peter that she has a doctor appointment and will be taking a long lunch. Steph and Amy are there though to make sure she isn't going at it alone. The minute the nurse calls her name she knows what the results will be she only has till the age of 30 to get pregnant. Being 28 she knows her time is limited so she needs to look for a candidate to fill that position ASAP. So far the best man she can think of is Peter but can she get him to get her pregnant and walk away.

Peter knows he has found his mate. He even knows that she knows about shifters so she won't freak out on him when he tells her what he is and what she is to him. However being the mayor he needs to keep the secret for a bit longer. He is hoping when this term is done he can finally claim his mate and have the family he really wants. That however is still 2 years off and there is something happening with his mate and he is afraid he is losing her before he has even had her. Though there is more trouble then what might be happening with his mate he knows he has to figure out everything and quick or more people than himself have something to loose.

This is an amazing book about finding love and fighting for the chance at a HEA. I am a fan of this series and each of the books can be read as a stand alone. I would highly recommend this book and all of the books in this series.
