Review of Black by T.L. Smith

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

In this book we meet Black and Rose. These two meet while still in high school and then one day Rose just disappears. Black doesn't know what happened to her and always hopes that one day he will find her again. He just never expected to find her the way he does. One night while at the biker club house he goes out side and sees a bunch of people in a drug room and is drawn to one for some reason. The more he looks at her the more he realizes it is her and for some reason the man named Black who helps no one helps her. What he doesn't know what the cost of helping her will be in the end.

Rose hasn't felt much in a long time and when she wakes up in Black's house she isn't sure what is happening to her. She doesn't even recognize him because of all of the drugs that are in her system. With Black's help she is able to get clean but with getting clean comes the nightmares she is trying to forget while high. Rose knows that she has a reason for wanting to stay clean but can she or will she go back to her old ways. The question becomes what will be the price of getting clean and who will have to pay that price?

This book is almost a mix of a biker and killer book. There are many twists and turns in this book that will have you hooked to the very end. This book does have many darker themes to it so be aware of that going into it. However it will be a book that you just can't put down. I would recommend it.
