Review of Hasty by Julia Kent

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Hasting Monahan and Ian McCrory. Hasting hasn't heard from her husband in 3 days. That doesn't seem to bug her much since she has been working on a big project herself. That is until she signs the deal and at the same time finds out all her credit cards don't work and she is being arrested. If that wasn't the icing on the cake her nemesis Ian McCrory comes in to save the day with the bill. Things go from bad to worse at this point. She finds out her husband has been running a ponsi scam and using her name and credit to do it. She also finds out that though she has a marriage license and a wedding video she isn't really married to her husband since he was already married. So she ends up back in her childhood bedroom with $700 to her name and no hope with any job prospects. That is until Ian comes back into her life. Is Ian in this for love or just to kick her while she is down since they have competed for most things in business?

This is another hit out of the park by this author. This is the final book in this series and can be read as a stand alone. However I would recommend reading them in order just so you don't ruin any surprises. This book does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
