Review of Baby for the Mountain Man by K. C. Crowne

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Leah Barnes and Kellen Mayberry. The first time that Leah and Kellen meet no names are exchanged but words sure are. Kellen stops by real quick on his way to the airport to let his client Felicity know he can't deliver the cabinets since he has to leave town. He deceased firefighter buddy and best friend's wife has gone into labor and he is all she has. So when the woman that he he sees before going into the restaurant gives him grief he knows there is nothing to be done but can't stop thinking about her. When not only her dad but her mom are gone he does the one thing he always promised them both and takes guardianship of their daughter and brings her home. Leah can't believe the rude man she meets int he parking lot of her friends restaurant. She knows he is not the only busy one. One look at him though makes her wish things were different. See she doesn't trust much after he last long term boyfriend cheated on her. So when she meets Kellen she believes he is like all the others. When things in town start affecting them both and not in a good way will they come together or will this be the confirmation they need to stay away forever?

This is an amazing story by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other reader. I will say this twists and turns in this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
