Review of Admit You Love Me by Ajme Williams

 

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book we meet Edwina "Eddy" and Niall. One night while on her honeymoon Eddy is placed up as the bid for her husbands poker game. When he looses he doesn't give her a second thought and lets her leave back to Niall's suite. Eddy isn't sure what hurts more the fact that her husband gambled her away or that she doesn't think he even loves her to begin with. That night takes a turn though that night expect. Niall is a free spirit but while talking to Eddy that he night he finds a connection he never has before. With both of them holding English titles and her being a married woman he knows nothing can come of this but one night of just being themselves. Now 5 years later he sees that same woman and he wants her again. What happens when secrets are revealed will it draw them together or will it put a wedge between them that no one can fix?

This is another great book by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I received this book set with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book we get 5 stories. This author has given is one for every season as well as an extra short story at that end. Each of these stories have couples that are looking for something but they don't know quite what yet. That is until they meet one anther. No it isn't all sunshine and rose (what kinda story would that be) they all have to in one way or another prove that they are worthy of the other person. For example in the first book Beauty and the Mountain Man. In this book we meet Bella and Ronan. Bella has decided to come home for Christmas a few days early and surprise her dad. What she didn't plan on was the freak snow storm that rolled in and made it impossible to get there. Ronan can't get over the fact that instead of being there during his mother's last days he was working in another country. The loss of her has hit him hard and he has driven everyone away. He longs for something or someone he doesn't know he just knows he is lonely that is until he sees a woman coming up his path to his home and he knows she is what he has been waiting for. When it all comes out what else his step-father has done will they have a shot at a HEA or will they let miscommunication destroy them?

This book set is another amazing set by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say though this book will have you not waiting to put it down till you have devoured each and every story. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Review of Shopping for a CEO's Baby by Julia Kent

 

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book the gang is back and Andrew and Amanda well it's their turn with the baby train. The boys oh ya still competitive as ever and now instead of 1 they are having 2 babies. Which really makes Andrew feel smug until he realizes what this is doing to his very strong wife. All Andrew knows to do is be there but that isn't always easy especially with what he needs to eat to combat morning sickness. Amanda would like her body and her hormones back. She wants these babies but man it is giving her fits. If that was the only issue in her life she could handle it without a problem. Life doesn't seem to work that way especially in this family. When it is all said and done will they get the HEA they are hoping for or will life through them a curve ball that will knock them down?

I am a huge fan of this author and this book is another hit out of the park by her. There are ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you laughing out loud again and feeling right along with Amanda as she goes through this pregnancy's. I would highly absolutely and definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book we meet Annie Wilson and we get Dylan Wilde's story. Both of these people prefer the peace and quite that comes with no being around others. It's not that they won't socialize but they prefer to be out on their own. Annie after watching everything that happened with her parents finds that it is better to spend time with friends then actually give her heart away to another. So she doesn't date in fact she hasn't ever let a man any where near her heart. That is until she goes to her best friends wedding as the maid of honor. While there the girls try and talk her into joining mate.com. She refuses at first but after a couple of glasses at the reception she thinks why not. Dylan has been waiting and watching for 7 years for his mate. He can't believe it while delivering food to the resort his match is finally shown to him. Not only that she is at the resort. Things go down hill though come first light though. His mate is gone and he doesn't know where to find her. Can these two have a HEA or will the walls meant to protect actually keep out the best thing of all?

This is another amazing hit by this author. This is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone. However I recommend reading all of them in order so you don't ruin any surprises. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I received this box set with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this set we get 4 books with alpha men who know how to protect their women. They aren't always sure this is the best time in their life for said women though. Each couple must overcome something before they can truly be together. Example is in Mountain Daddy: In this book we meet Oakley Clarke and Oliver Adams. Oakley has been Henry's nanny since the day he was born. Henry's parents weren't truly ready to settle down and be parents so they hired Oakley to watch over their son while they continued to travel. One day though while out on their boat both of Henry's parents died in a boating accident. To keep Henry out of the foster care system she travels to his only living relative, his father's half brother Oliver. Oliver has had no contact with his father's family since the day he was told he was not his father's son but the son of the maid and nothing more. The one thing he can't help but notice is how beautiful Oakley is. He knows he can't turn her and the baby away knowing there is a violent snow storm just about to let go. Will they get their HEA or will it just be a fun time for a moment?

This is an amazing box set by this author. Each story has its ups and downs that will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

In this book we meet Una and Ulrich. Ulrich and Una are both at the funeral of Ulrich's mother. While there Ulrich finds not only Una but another couple that are behind on rent. When they all return he tells them he is doubling the rent and they have a week to catch up their rent or get out. During this time he is tiding up his mother's apartment and finds a second will. This one gives the building to Una not Ulrich. After showing it to her they agree to sleep on it and make a decision with the lawyer in the morning. Will this bring them together and give them a shot at a HEA or will this drive a bigger wedge between?

This is another amazing hit by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will keep you guessing to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

In this book we meet Jules McPherson and Mason Thorne. Neither Jules nor Mason want to go to this auction for the company. But Jules signed up to be bid on and Mason is head of the company. Here's the thing though even though Jules is just and intern she knows who Mason is since he spoke at her college graduation and something just sparked in her. She just wants to see him again to see if that was a one time thing or not. So when her boss tells her what her duties are she figures she will take the brochures to Mason first just to see if she can see him. Mason has had it looking for miss right. He has his company and that will just have to be enough. Now though he has to get through this charity auction dinner. If only he could find a way out of it. But as head of the company he knows there is no getting out of it. That is when he hears a noise outside his office. When he checks it out he finds his miss right, right there in his lobby. Will this be the beginning of a HEA or will there be secrets when revealed will drive them apart?

In this book we meet Magnolia and Aspen. Magnolia has decided that after everything that happened with her now ex she will move across the country and join her sister to start a shop there. After 12 hours in the van she can't take anymore and pulls off to a motel she sees from the road. The only problem this is bear country and when they realize she isn't human either they have to get approval from the alpha before she can stay. One touch from the alpha though changes things for Magnolia in ways she never thought would happen. Aspen has known his whole life one day he would become alpha of his bear clan. Now that it is all his he knows no others could truly run everything he does. When he learns there is another immortal at the local inn he goes to find out her intentions. One touch changes things for him in ways he never planned. Can these two find a HEA or is this just not in the stars for them?

In this book we meet Tara Crumb and Clint Buckman. Tara is an activist and on the threshold of pushing through some major green legislation. The only problem is when at one of the rally's before the bill is passed she is shot at. As temporary head of Go Green Energy after the previous position holder was killed with no leads as to why. The people in the company fee that it is best if she stepped down from her position. With her fight for this legislation though she needs this position to have the backing to get it passed she offers a solution. She will pay for a bodyguard out of her own pocket. Now she just has to find one. Clint had one job and that was to keep and eye on Tara at the rally. When a bullet nicks her he feels like he has failed at his job. With his daughter with him he feels like he is failing everyone. When Tara offers him a job as her temporary bodyguard he feels like this is a way to redeem himself. What happens when the two go from client and bodyguard to something more? Will it be the beginning of a HEA or the beginning of the end?

This is another amazing story by this author. It is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone. However I recommend reading them in order so not to reveal any surprises from the previous books. This book does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. In this book we meet Mandy Davis and Hunter Anderson. Both Mandy and Hunter are running from their past and things they just don't want to think about right now. Mandy and her son have just moved home after they lost her husband and her son's father. She just couldn't deal with all the constant reminders of what would never happens. Like the fact that her little boy Parker is about to start first grade and she is doing this alone. Then she meets her new neighbor and the meeting doesn't go well but as time goes on they see a different side of the other. Hunter is running from so many things. The nightmares from his past, his old life, the things he can not change. There is another side to Hunter though and though he wants to find it he would prefer to be left alone. One woman though with her little boy just don't seem to be letting that happen. They may not be around him constantly but he can see them in his minds eye all the time. Can these two find a HEA and a chance to settle the past or will it always be like a chain around their neck dragging them back into the abyss?

In this book we get Nellie and Gavin's story. Gavin knows the war with his father is coming he just wishes he could avoid it all together. He never planned on having a clan of his own or the friends that developed over time since he has left his last clan. The one thing he knows he wants is Nellie but for some reason she won't let him near her. If he could only get her to see the guy he truly is would it make a difference? Nellie has been told since she was little that dragon's take witches drain them of their power then kill them. So she was to stay away from from them no matter what. Now that their is a new clan of dragons living near her she doesn't know what to do. Especially since two of them are her closest friends. She knows she has this pull greater than anything to Gavin but she just doesn't trust that something bad won't happen to her. In this book we meet Kara Greene and Xavier Bordeaux. Kara has know Xavier for years now. See they are neighbors. This does not mean that they hang out and chat over the fence in the lawn kind of neighbors but neighbors non the less. Since she has returned home a week earlier she has been having dreams about Xavier that she hopes to take out of her dreams and make a reality. She is even interviewing to work in his restaurant. Xavier knows from the moment he sees her there is something about her he just can't put his finger on it. He knows he wants her but he also knows he won't touch her. Since his last lover mysteriously left him he has not been willing to let another into his life. There  is something about her though that keeps pulling him in. In this book we get Lauren Green's story and are introduced to Isaac Fox. When this book opens we find that Lauren is overdue for her baby to come and boy is she ready for her pregnancy to be over. What happens next well no one could predict. On one of the worst rainstorms she is stuck since the interstate has a traffic jam that has no signs of letting up and isn't this the best time to have a baby alone in your car. She does get lucky though while trying to move from the front seat to the back seat off duty officer Isaac sees her get out of her car and goes to investigate. Not only that he finds her a midwife to help assist with her labor. Isaac was just looking to get home and get some sleep after his shift he never thought he would be assisting a woman through her labor and have her baby named after him. When they meet again it is two weeks later and the more time he spends around her the more he wants to. There are secrets that have to be revealed yet on both sides. Will it be a HEA when it all comes out or are the secrets bigger then their feelings?

In this book we meet Serena Carson and Noah Wild. When this book opens we find that Serena is getting a tattoo from the same artist Noah uses. He can't help but stare at the piece and not just because of it's artistic quality. Noah with his past believes he is good for nothing but a one night stand and he wants that one night with Serena. Lucky for him Serena is on the same page. Serena wasn't looking for a commitment but a one night stand she could do. In this book we meet Lyssa Holm and Danny "Dan" Andrews. These two have knows each other for years now. They have not seen one another due to their age difference and life. See Lyssa got married to a man at 21 who she is now divorced from but afraid of. Dan went on to medical school and is now a fertility specialist. After spending time with her best friend and her little girl Lyssa wonders not for the first time what it would be like to have a child of her own. She knows she doesn't have much money but when she sees a free consultation and the name of the doctor she figures she will give it a try. She hasn't forgotten Dan and wonders what he is up to all these years later. In this book we meet Mary Beth Cunningham, Colt McAllister, DJ Buchanan, & Kody Murphy. When this book opens we find Mary Beth talking with her co-worker and friend about how only the men get the good assignments and they are left to write the fluff pieces. All that changes though when Mary Beth is given the assignment to cover the XFL team the Fort Worth Frenzy. Her male counterpart who typically runs all the sports stories can't believe it she is shocked too when they both learn it's true. To make her day better she get's the interview no one else seems to be able to get with none other than the quarterback Colt McAllister. Colt can't stand to do interviews but when his coach tells him he has to he chooses Mary Beth since she looks so lost. What he never imagined was how he would feel about her as a woman not just a journalist. So he asks her out under the pretense of a more in-depth interview.  When DJ (the running back) and Kody (the backup quarterback) find out they think they might just have found their woman for the season. What happens though when all of them realizes being with each other could have real consequence both on and off the field. Will they try for a HEA or will they run at the first sign of trouble?

In this book we meet Sabrina Thomas, Michael Fitzgerald, & Dante Rousseau. Michael is in trouble someone is trying to take his family company and ruin him. The way they are trying to hit him is by using his person life against him. During the meeting with his board he slips up and says he has a woman he intends to marry soon so how can the charges be true? This causes a new problem for him. Not only now does he need to find the person feeding the information which could come back on the entire group. But also he needs to find a fake fiancé that can be trusted. Dante has been Michael's partner when topping subs. They aren't partners in any other way but they work together for the please of both the sub and themselves. So when his best friend is in trouble he is more than happy to help in any way. When he get's to the strip club he owns he thinks he has found the solution for at least one of Michael's problems. Sabrina just can't do it anymore she is falling farther and farther behind. Everything their parents left them is gone and now she might not have the money for the treatments her brother needs or even a way to keep a roof over their head. So with no other choice she thinks stripping is her only option only to have Dante pull her off the stage during her first ever number. Taur has knows what he believes is his destine ever since he left a cave years ago. Now it is all coming to pass just like he saw in his visions. There was one person who he knew was the smartest in school and he tried to be as close to her as possible. The thing was though he could never tell her how he really felt. I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review. 

In this book we get Layla Caine and Owen Sinclair's story. 10 years earlier Layla wanted anything to be able to tell her best friend she wanted more for them than just friendship. With Owen having a scholarship to medical school she didn't want to put that type of pressure on him. That night when she got home though things changed and she was angry at him. There was a part of her that still wanted him but the other part was so hurt by what she thought he had done she wanted nothing to do with him. There is a couple of problems though Now they both work in the same medical facility and the other well their best friend Andie they both would do anything for her. Owen doesn't know what happened all those years ago but he misses Layla. The more he is around her at the clinic the more he would like to know what happened all those years ago to drive them apart. He not only wants his friend back but he wants more. What happens when what really comes out about that night will it be the beginning of a HEA or will it be the end of them forever? 

This is an amazing conclusion to the Sinclair siblings. This author will have you looking at relationships in a new way. You will fall in love with the way she has you looking at life and this book is no different. There are so many things I want to tell you about this story. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. You won't want to let go of these two even when you read those two words the end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

In this book we meet Lydia and Lorenzo. From the moment Lydia arrives at her new employers home she knows something big is about to happen to her. She just doesn't know if this something is good or bad. The instant she sees Lorenzo she knows it is good. She just wonders why he is hot and cold with her. Lorenzo wants Lydia from the moment he lays eyes on her but he knows in his line of business love is luxury you can't have. When your enemies know you have fallen in love they will use it against you to ensure you do what they want. He has worked to hard and to long to just fall into that for either of them. What can they do though give love a chance and maybe get a HEA or have the life they want fall apart right in front of them?

This is another amazing story by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and hoenst review. 

In this book we meet Daphne Albright and Ford Coleman. Daphne has come at her brother Casey's request to help train his mate as a new dragon. When she arrives though she she knows that she just wants a break. She however is willing to do this for her brother. What she didn't plan on was when she got her ride share to get to his place the person that would arrive would make her dragon purr. The other thing she didn't plan on was him just taking off from her and leaving her at the airport. Ford isn't looking for a new clan or a new mate. He already lost one and is sure he won't survive the pain of that again. From the moment he smells her he knows there is more to this female than just another dragon. He isn't sure he can forgive himself for his past sins how can he expect others. When trouble comes like it has in the past of their small town will they work together as mates to drive it back or will it be the straw that broke them?

This is another amazing story in this series. Each can be read as a stand alone but I recommend reading them in order so no secrets are revealed. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers I will say this book will have you on the edge of your seat the whole way through. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

In this book we meet Melody Smith and Mason Mackendale. Mason is happy for his sister but there is something that is happening within his company that is causing him to lose focus on her upcoming wedding. Luckily she has hired a wedding planner which she raves about. Mason only wants good things for her but a part of him wishes he could find that for himself. When his frustrations become to much he heads to the gym on the executive floor only to see the one he wants more than anything coming towards him. Melody is happy with the work she does with Gertrude at Eternal Bond but she feels guilty at the same time. See Melody isn't who she says she is and wants to tell Gertrude the truth but is afraid that she will put her in even more danger than she already is. Will these two get their HEA or when Melody's secret comes out with that destroy any chance for any type of happiness?

This is another amazing story by this author. It does have its ups and downs that I really want to tell you about, (boy do I really want to tell you more). However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you on the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. In this book we meet Mallory and Mills. Mills is in town to help promote and set up his cousin Trent's and his buddies rock wall in their gym. For years that was Mills profession was freestyling up rock faces. This led to him having a very limited personal life because most women found his lifestyle to be to dangerous. Now that he is retired though he is hoping to find his one. Mallory is just minding her own business grading papers and drinking her hot chocolate when she looks up and sees a man enter the coffee shop. This should be nothing but there is this spark that is hard to ignore. The thing is Mallory has been hurt in the past and is unwilling to put herself in that situation on purpose. Will these two find that HEA they both are longing for or will they be willing to take the a risk for love?

This is another amazing hit by this author. There are quite a few books in this series each can be read as a stand alone but I recommend the entire series. It does have its ups and downs I want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first page to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
