Review of Her Rough Mountain Outlaw by Madison Faye

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we get Stone's story and are introduced to Jackie. Jackie is on the run from her abusive ex. Not only does he abuse her but he abuses his power as a cop just to get to her. However when he threatens to harm their daughter that is the last straw for her. So when she speaks with Larkin and find out that she can come stay on Blackthron Mountain she jumps at the chance. Leaving her daughter somewhere safe while trying to get the last of their stuff out she finds that her ex isn't as ready to let her go as she is him. Stone is riding one night and watches a car go off the road. Right or wrong he knows he needs to help. One look at the car and the cops he saw on the main highway he knows this person is running from the law. Little did he know the woman he would help would touch him in ways he didn't know he could be touched anymore. Can these two find a HEA or will their pasts make that impossible?

This is an amazing story. It takes off running from the first word and doesn't stop till the very end. There are ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you the whole way through and you won't want to let go at the end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
